I’m happy you are here :)

My name is Emily and I’m the author of Parm and Reggie Magical Toy. A Parmesan and Reggiano Adventure. Along with the owner and creator of Little Paws Education! So why are we called Little Paws Education? Well, that is simple. I not only wanted to create a book series but I wanted to create a place that had resources for parents, early childhood teachers, and anyone looking to start the journey of writing a book or starting a small business.

Now, a little back-story: I live in a small New England town with my husband and two cats (take a guess on names…?) I have worked in the education field for over 16 years. I worked in early childhood for most of them along with higher education. Over the years, I wanted to step out of the teaching role so I landed an administrative assistant job within a preschool. When I brought home my two kittens Parmesan and Regganio the preschoolers loved hearing stories, so we would write them down and make small books. Well, this got my wheels turning. Why can I make this into a book that others can read? Therefore, I took my curiosity to the internet and googled how to write a children’s book! As you can imagine I read many blogs, websites, and articles and I still had no clue what I was doing! Thus, I winged it, and I learned A LOT!

My goal for Little Paws Education is to have a place where you can learn, develop and help reach goals you may think are out of reach because honestly they are not- and remember that!
